2009 Referee Clinics
West Highline Soccer Club will reimburse the clinic fee and testing fee to a new referee after he/she has refereed 10 games for West Highline. Submit a request along with a copy of the form you received showing you passed the test and a list of the matches refereed to WHSCTreas@aol.com.
