Registration Instructions
We have two registration forms – Player and Coach/Volunteer. Please make sure to select the correct form. Before processing either registration form, you’ll be prompted to either log in or create a member account.
Member Accounts
Families with an existing username and password can simply register for the Fall 2010 season by logging in to their member account and then clicking on the Registration link.
For brand new users of this system, simply click on the Registration link below to begin the registration process. You will be prompted to create a member account.
Forgot your member account login and/or password?
If you do not remember your username and/or password, you’ll be given the option to enter your email address and your username and password will be emailed to you. IT IS LIKELY THE EMAIL WILL DROP INTO YOUR 'JUNK/SPAM' section.
If you do not receive an email or if your email does not exist in the system, then you’ll need to email us at: WHSCregistrar@hotmail.com for your log-in information.
Player Registration

Please register for U7 if your child’s birthday is after July 31, 2005
Playing Up? Please register your child for the age group that they will be playing in. Although your child's date of birth will fall outside the listed Date of Birth description, the system is set up to allow you to proceed as long as your child's birthdate is within two years of the cut-off date. (Note: WHSC reserves the right to place a player in the correct age group if we need to accommodate players within a specific age group).

Multiple players can be registered during the same process.

You must go through the payment step, even if you are paying by check. DO NOT GIVE ANY CHECKS/CASH TO YOUR COACH. All payment must be made directly to WHSC. Players will NOT be rostered to a team until payment is received in full.

Once you’ve finished registration, you should receive an email confirmation of the registration including an attachment. Print this, have a parent/guardian sign it, and turn it in to your coach at the first practice. If it doesn't show up in your e-mail, check your Junk Mail folder. Your computer can confuse this with spam. Your coach or the registrar can get this for you as well.

If you did not play for us last year, please also turn in a copy of a government-issued birth certificate WHSC (PO Box 48193 Burien WA 98148) for age verification. A certified copy is not needed. If you do not have a birth certificate, other methods, such as a copy of a valid Washington Id card or passport works as well.

If you have special requests concerning team placement, you may note them in the Comments area. Please type "looking for a team" if you aren't on one yet. Please note that we are unable to guarantee accommodating any special requests but we will do our best.
